My Baked Queens Cakes with Icing sprinkles |
Ingredients
- 3 Cups All purpose flour
- 4 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 and 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 and 1/2 Cup Sugar - I used just 1 cup and they were just as nice
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 Cup Baking Butter
First Sift (if you prefer) all purpose flour,baking powder, and salt together in one bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the 4 eggs, add sugar and mix, then add baking butter and continue to mix. Add your milk and vanilla essence and mix. It'll look weird but don worry, it's OKAY, I promise. Pour the weird looking egg mixture into your flour mixture that you set aside earlier. Mix them together and be sure it's all combined. Then take your well greased cupcake pan and divide the batter in it using 1 spoonful at a time. Bake for 25- 30min. When they come out the oven, let them cool for 5min and you'll be ready to serve your guests. For a visual guide, see video below:
